This company is amazing to deal with. I made an inquiry by phone. The lady I spoke to was so courteous and efficient, taking time to gather detailed information on what was required, and advising she would call us back with pricing and dates. She was true to her word and called back very promptly answering all our questions and a service date was scheduled. The service did not stop there - the service tech. was also courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. After changing filters and checking the Hepa system, he also checked the HRV system. As we are fairly new to this home and did not know much about the HRV system, this gentleman took time to explain settings and how to make it work more efficiently for us. We already feel the benefit of fresher, cleaner and more breathable air due to the invaluable information he provided. In this day and age where it seems difficult to get good service, this company excels at it and made us feel valued. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when service is next required.
